The Legend of Sword Lake

In this folktale of magic from Vietnam, farmer Le Loi and his volunteer Lam Son Army receive mystical help from the Dragon King in the form of a sword that allows them to defeat the invading Minh army. The story is told in both Vietnamese and English, and explains how Sword Lake in Hanoi got its name.
